HEALTHY BELTING WORKSHOP 2026
Candice Donehoo
Musical theatre singers — this one’s for you.
We’re excited to be hosting a Healthy Belting Workshop with Candice Donehoo on 14th June, focused on building a strong, reliable belt without damaging your voice.
This isn’t about forcing sound or “just sing louder”.
It’s about understanding what’s actually happening in your voice and how to use it properly.
In the session, Candice will cover:
– how your voice works (in a way that actually clicks)
– chest, mix and head voice — and when to use them
– getting power and clarity without strain
- practical techniques you can take straight into rehearsal
Candice specialises in musical theatre and contemporary voice, with a real focus on healthy, sustainable singing, so this is ideal for performers who want longevity as well as sound.
2-hour workshop | £30
Sunday 14th June- 11:30-1:30pm
Collingham and Linton Sports Association (CALSA)

JARN-MARIE ACRO MASTERCLASS 2026
Big one coming in… and we’re nearly full.
Jarn-Marie is back with an Acro Masterclass — and for those who know, she was part of Ava’s own training journey, so this is a really special one to bring in.
This isn’t about starting from scratch, our dancers already have strong technique.
This is about adding more:
– new tricks
– pushing flexibility further
– building confidence in more advanced skills
– levelling up what’s already there

‘WAR OF THE ROSES’ 2026
Something wildly imaginative is blooming this Spring…
War of the Roses is a bold new adaptation written by Laura Ashton for TLA, inspired by the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland. This vibrant retelling brings together some beloved familiar characters while introducing a host of exciting new ones along the way.
Bursting with humour, wit, and the boundless perspective of a child’s imagination, this fresh take dives into the ups and downs of growing up. As chaos unfolds, restoring harmony proves to be no simple task, sometimes it takes an outsider’s view and a fresh perspective.
Set within a playful and unpredictable world, the story invites audiences on a journey where nothing is quite as it seems, and every twist brings a new surprise.
But don’t be late — and whatever you do, watch out for the black roses!
Date: 9th May 2026
Venue: Scout Hut, Collingham
Show Times; 12:15pm & 1:45pm

‘UNMASKING RED’ 2026
A New Adaptation by Tonicha Jeronimo
Something a little darker is coming to the stage this summer.
Unmasking Red is a reimagining of Little Red Riding Hood, directed by Tonicha Jeronimo and Brandon Robinson-Connolly as the final project for her Master’s in Dramaturgy. This version steps away from the familiar fairytale and into something more psychological, exploring the story through an autistic perspective, where perception, fear, and identity shift the world around Red.
This isn’t the story you think you know.
Set against a striking visual world, the piece unpicks what it means to be “seen”, to be misunderstood, and to navigate a space that doesn’t always make sense. The wolf, the woods, the journey, all take on new meaning.
The production also brings together familiar faces from TLA, featuring three of Tonicha’s own students, alongside our very own teacher, Sophie, taking on the role of the mother.
The Venue, Leeds Conservatoire
